Each experience includes rental of our custom-built mobile cart, your choice of flavors, cups, straws, napkins, full setup, cleanup, and delivery. We're proud to offer not one but two unique mobile slushie carts. The Silk & Salt Rig brings a chic, upscale frozen cocktail experience for weddings, private events, and corporate celebrations. The Fizz & Frosting Whip delivers colorful, fun mocktail slushies perfect for kids' parties, birthdays, and family-friendly gatherings. Both carts serve handcrafted frozen drinks made with real fruit purée, pure cane sugar, and no high-fructose corn syrup — from a luxe Frosé to kid-approved Blue Raspberry.
Every event is custom-priced based on guest count, serving time, venue location, and add-ons. The Fizz & Frosting Whip mini package starts at $375, best for up to 60 guests. The Silk & Salt Rig cocktail packages start at $425 for 50 or fewer guests, with full packages starting at $625. Fill out our booking form to receive a custom quote tailored to your event.
We serve events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings of 20 guests to large celebrations of up to 300 guests. Our frozen drinks are made in batches, with a minimum of 50 servings required for the machines to freeze properly. We're a great fit for weddings & receptions, bridal & baby showers, birthdays & kids' parties, graduations & proms, and corporate events & fundraisers.
We're based in both the Houston and Galveston areas and serve the surrounding regions. Both carts are licensed and insured, and we travel up to 40 miles from each home area (additional travel fees may apply).
Both carts are completely mobile and can be set up indoors or outdoors on level ground. We do require access to a standard power supply within 100 feet (extension cord provided) and access to water and a sink for setup and cleanup.
Yes. Every package includes TABC-certified servers, with 1–3 attendants depending on the size and length of your event.
Absolutely. Both carts include a base styling package, but you can elevate the look with custom florals, balloon garlands, branded signage and more. Fresh florals start at $100.
Yes. We carry General Liability Insurance (up to $1,000,000). Clients are responsible for providing Liquor Liability Insurance if needed — we're happy to offer insurance recommendations upon request.
We recommend booking 2–5 weeks before your event to ensure availability, though dates can be reserved up to a year in advance. We are unable to take bookings less than 7 days before an event.
